John was born in Washington DC, USA, late father having been a US diplomat and late mother was of Cape-Afrikaans stock - the Beyers lineage. Finished his schooling in South Africa at Michaelhouse and then attended Annapolis Naval College in the USA. Returned to South Africa to study law and marketing at UCT and later returned to USA to complete an Executive Leadership Course. Author of second edition "Selling Yourself as a Way of Life" on which John conducts motivational talks (www.sellingyourselfasawayoflife.com). He was inspired to write such books due to his wonderful ability to interact with persons at every level. From Sales Representative to Chief Executive always been recognised for his strengths in marketing and selling in a widely spectrum of business fields and sizes of operations, including his own. He attributes such exponential success due to the ability to 'sell himself'. Nelson Mandela was the epitome of having such aptitude.
Many years ago, In Johannesberg, John had the controlling interest in a very large Estate Company and sold a boutique hotel and trout farm within one week of listing. John also created this company's first commerical division in Midrand where he became the Senior Vice President of Midrand's Chamber of Commerce in the quickest growing commerical area in South Africa at the time.
A very keen sportsman, he has entered and completed numerous Comrades Marathons, as well as extreme cycle challenges such as the Cape Argus and Tour de Natal. John goes to the gym on a regular basis, walks a great deal and loves the outdoors. He follows all sports, especially rugby and cricket, and occasionally plays a round of golf, although never setting the course alight!

Jorica hails from Beijing, China where she schooled at Beijing Hui Jia Private School. After graduating from school she studied and completed her BA (Hons) Economics degree at UWE, Bristol, UK. She is a director of Cape Town Chinese Women's Association and Cape Town Association For Peaceful Reunification of China respectively, with her comprehensive involvement with different Chinese communities, she is receiving substantial enquiries from those property investors living in South Africa as well as those from China. She has been managing clients properties in Cape Town for the last 9 years which has given her great insight into the problems of what a landlord faces and now how to successfully eradicate the problematic areas of ensuring correctly researched suitably identified tenancy.
Jorica is by nature most methodical/analytical, an Eastern Asian inherited trait, all details of utmost importance related to any tasks on hand, thereby ensuring historical and present property related issues are 100% correct. She has a natural flair towards marketing and administration management which allows her to contribute immensely to the new age of digital technology.
With nearly 7 years mentoring by John, she has learnt the art of selling herself most admirably, become a true team player, with her wonderful genuine personality and Asian beauty, she is adored, liked, trusted and respected by clients and colleagues alike. She is passionate by being involved in the property industry.
Jorica is a great lover of animals, loves watching movies and reading and being a great food lover, she indulges herself in the art of cooking and eating, mostly oriental, and becoming more prolific in the art of her cultural Chinese background, that of stir fry cooking. She also loves many different types of Western foods.
